  • About Us

    Over the years as a family we have worked tirelessly to develop a service which would achieve placement goals and the best possible outcomes for young people.


    DALJJI Care Ltd provides warm, caring, family style homes for looked after children with emotional, learning, social and behavioural difficulties who for whatever reason are unable to live with their family. Young people placed in our homes may be at risk of absconding, sexual exploitation, offending behaviours, non-engagement in education, self-harming behaviours and may in their past have been subjects of/witnesses to physical, emotional, sexual abuse, neglect and domestic violence. Young people placed may have had numerous placement breakdowns in the past, come from a failed fostering and adoption or this may be their first care placement.


    DALJJI Care Ltd aims to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and ability, to take a fuller control of their lives as possible, by enabling them to feel more accomplished in life through the range of opportunities offered. Focusing on each young person as an individual and recognising their potential and human rights by the way our services are provided to them.


    We provide the highest standards and quality of care. We have experienced support workers/ key workers who provide high level of care and support. Our support workers are committed to delivering person centred care for the young people to enable them to lead valued and meaningful lives in the community. Our approach is flexible, person-focused and driven by the needs of each young person in our provision


    Our aim is to provide a range of opportunities that empower young people to develop skills and enabling them to:

    • Strengthen their identity, self-confidence, and self-respect. 
    • Meet their health and emotional needs. 
    • Care for their own well-being and set their own goals

    David administers and manages the running of the business. He has a background of music teaching, administration, and finance management.

    Andrea has a background in residential and educational social work. She has for many years been a primary school teacher in the local area.

    Semi Independent and Solo Living Suites

    Luxury Semi Independent and Independent Solo Suites

    A House To Call Home

    DALJJI Care offers luxury semi-independent living and independent solo suites. Our 16-18 provision has a homely communal living area with a PS4 and smart TV. It also provides an onsite gym, garden, and off-site meeting room. The kitchen is well equipped and suitable for communal cooking with a large range cooker. Each bedroom is furnished to a modern standard with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, and smart TV with access to Netflix. Wifi is provided throughout the home. This facility provides for independent living but also the opportunity to experience community.


    Our independent solo suites are refurbished to a high standard. Each one provides a separate bedroom, kitchen and living area, shower room or bathroom. This enables the young people to have a home they can be proud of.


    All of our properties are well maintained and are set up according to health and safety legislation.

    Our team are all experienced, well trained and DBS checked. They offer key worker support. Support is also given to young people in our solo living suites. Our team all support our value of wanting to see young people reach their full potential.


    Our team all receive regular training and opportunities to gain further qualifications.

    DALJJI Care provide the local authority with regular updates and reports on the progress of each young person in our care. We use the clear care software to insure that all of our records and data are secure, accurate and comply with GDPR regulations.

    Habakkuk house is situated in the heart of the community of Tring. It is a semi-detached dwelling that has recently been refurbished to accommodate young people. Habakkuk house has 4 permanent bedrooms with 1 further emergency bedroom.

    Two Independent Solo Living Suites

    Ezra house is our recently renovated property in the heart of Aylesbury. This provision offers two fully independent solo living suites. These are available for 18 years and over looking to progress to fully independent living with support provided by our excellent care team. These suites provide a bedroom, bath/shower room, separate living space with a fully fitted kitchen area, washer dryer and a fridge freezer.
